Ideal location, perfect for nearby beaches, shops etc. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and couldn’t be faulted. Every member of staff was so polite and welcoming. Many thanks.

My review is based on emergency accommodation from the council. I have been here 4 weeks so far, with my disabled husband and my therapy dog. I am currently receiving chemotherapy, so, as you can imagine it's been hard. The staff here have been amazing, especially Michelle. She is a real asset to the place. The only real downer on the place is the heat in the rooms. They could do with some a/c. It would also be a good idea to have some sort of cooking facilities eg. microwave and fridge for the longer staying guest.

I stayed in room 208, it was clean, warm and comfortable with twin beds. Bathroom was spotless although a heated towel rail would have been a worthwhile addition as well as a proper shower door rather than a curtain that you had to ensure was sitting inside the raised edge. But for £55 a night you can't expect much more. Got up at 6am for an early start, came out to the stairwell to be met by the overpowering stink of cannabis. Not the best.

Visit every year for many years. Convenient and good service. KFC, Niles Bakery and Tesco Express next door for eating alternatives.

Everything you would expect from a travelodge! The staff were very bubbly. Free parking (submit your registration at check-in) Costa, Tesco, McDonald's and kentucky fried chicken all in the same area!

Does exactly what it's meant to and it does it well. The room was clean and tidy and the beds were nice and comfortable. The little bar is a great addition and if you make the most of the happy hour you'll be paying £3.50 for a pint of Stella. There is plenty of parking and if you don't fancy the food (although it looked very nice) there is a KFC and a McDonald's right by it. The staff are excellent and the place is clearly well looked after.
